How to disable workstation for being locked automatically?

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

Create REG_DWORD with value 1.
Default value is zero (0) or not configured.

Why is this is important for HIS?? You will know it when HIS is started...
